General
This is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent and Jithwin Technologies Private Limited, governing your use of LetzBill products and services if you are based in India.
Acceptance of the Agreement
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use LetzBill services. You may accept this agreement by checking a checkbox, clicking a button indicating acceptance, registering an account, installing the app, accessing the platform, or using the services.

Services: Invoicing, billing, inventory, GST, accounting, web, mobile app, POS, reports, estimates, and business productivity tools.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and related policies at any time. Updated terms may be posted on our website or notified by email or website notice. Continued use of LetzBill after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Third-Party Applications
LetzBill services may integrate with third-party applications, gateways, APIs, SDKs, hosting providers, analytics tools, and communication platforms. Access and use of third-party applications may require acceptance of their own terms and privacy policies. Jithwin Technologies Private Limited is not liable for third-party applications, their availability, performance, data processing, or service interruptions.
Terms and Description of Services
LetzBill provides business management services including inventory management, invoicing, reporting tools, estimates, order forms, POS billing, GST billing, accounting, and related business software. Users may use the services for personal business use or internal business purposes in the organization they represent.
Users are responsible for obtaining internet access and devices required to use LetzBill. Jithwin Technologies Private Limited tries to help businesses maintain taxation and business records, but users remain solely responsible for compliance with GST, taxation, and all applicable laws.
Business Data and Privacy
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and sensitive information. The user is responsible for all activity in the account and must inform us immediately of unauthorized account use.
Users are responsible for maintaining necessary backups. Jithwin Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for data loss, discrepancy, unauthorized access, or damage caused by user action, device issues, third-party services, or incorrect software usage.
Data Ownership
The user owns the content created or stored through LetzBill. Use of the services grants Jithwin Technologies Private Limited a limited license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute stored content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, improve, or support the services.
Spamming and Illegal Activities
You agree not to use LetzBill services for illegal purposes or for transmitting material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, invasive of privacy, harmful to children, racially or ethnically objectionable, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable.
You must not use LetzBill for junk mail, spam, phishing, chain letters, unsolicited mass messages, malware, or unauthorized activities. We may terminate access if there are reasonable grounds to believe the services were used illegally or without authorization.
Permissions
- Camera: To capture bills, products, documents, KYC files, or transaction attachments.
- Contacts: To help add parties, customers, and suppliers where permission is granted.
- Storage: To save, upload, download, share, and attach invoices, reports, files, and documents.
- Location: To verify business location, improve serviceability, and prevent unusual or fraudulent activity where permitted.
- SMS: Where applicable and explicitly permitted, to help identify business expenses, bills, credits, and transaction-related records. We do not read OTP messages for unrelated purposes.
- Device and Personal Information: To identify devices, secure accounts, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot, and improve services.
- Apps and Accounts: Where permitted and applicable, to support security, compatibility, profile enrichment, or credit-related services.
- Call Logs and Calendar: Where permitted and applicable, to support verification, service features, or credit-related services.
Data Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal and business information. These may include firewalls, encryption, access controls, monitoring, and continuous security improvement.
No system is completely secure. Users must protect their login credentials and avoid sharing confidential information through unsecured communication channels.
Viruses and Unauthorized Access
The user is responsible for preventing the introduction of viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material. The user must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to LetzBill products, servers, databases, or connected systems.
Any breach may be reported to law enforcement authorities, and the user's right to use LetzBill may cease immediately.
Shipping and Contact Details
Where any physical shipment is applicable, delivery may be handled through available courier, postal, or transport services. Delivery-related queries may be raised through our support contacts.
Refund, Cancellation, and Renewal Policies
- Products or services once ordered cannot be cancelled except where monthly subscriptions do not meet customer needs and the request is raised within the applicable review period.
- No refund is available for customized software, custom development, or advance paid for customized work unless expressly approved by Jithwin Technologies Private Limited.
- Refund requests must be submitted through email, support, or the website.
- Refund policies may apply only to eligible plans, subscriptions, or purchases as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, setup charges, or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise stated, licenses must be manually renewed at the end of validity.
