Terms and Description of Services
LetzBill provides business management services including inventory management, invoicing, GST billing, reports, estimates, order forms, POS billing, accounting support, and related tools. Users may use the services for personal business use or internal business purposes in the organization they represent.
Users are responsible for obtaining internet access and the devices required to use LetzBill. LetzBill aims to help businesses maintain GST and related business records, but it is solely the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with GST, taxation, and other applicable laws. Jithwin Technologies Private Limited and LetzBill are not responsible for any violation of compliance caused by incorrect data entry, user action, or misuse of the software.
Business Data and Privacy
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her username, password, and other sensitive information. The user is responsible for all activities that occur in his or her account and agrees to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of the account.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the user or any third party as a result of unauthorized access or use of the account. Users are responsible for maintaining necessary backups of their business data. LetzBill is not responsible for data discrepancy or loss caused by incorrect usage, device issues, user actions, third-party services, or software-related issues beyond our reasonable control.
Data Ownership
The user owns the content created or stored through LetzBill. By using the services, the user grants LetzBill a limited license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute content created or stored in the user's account only as required to provide, maintain, secure, improve, or support the services. LetzBill works to keep user data safe but cannot guarantee absolute protection from every possible risk.
Information We Collect
- Business name, owner name, mobile number, email address, and business address.
- GST number and tax-related business details, where provided.
- Customer, supplier, item, inventory, invoice, estimate, order, payment, and transaction data entered by the user.
- Login, account, subscription, support, billing, and license information.
- Device information such as device model, operating system, app version, browser details, IP address, and usage logs.
- Files or images uploaded by the user for invoices, products, KYC, business records, or support purposes.
Permissions

Collection of Contacts
Where contact permission is enabled, LetzBill may use contacts to help users create parties, customers, or suppliers quickly, and to support syncing between mobile and other authorized devices. LetzBill does not sell user contact data.
Collection of SMS Information
Where SMS permission is enabled and applicable, LetzBill may process limited SMS information such as sender names, message body, and received time to identify business expenses, bills, credits, or related financial records. We do not read OTP messages or personal messages for unrelated purposes.
Collection of Device Location, Device Information, and Personal Information
We may collect device and location information to verify account security, improve service quality, reduce fraud, provide customer support, and deliver app features. This may include device model, operating system, app version, browser, IP address, network information, and unique device identifiers where permitted by law and device settings.
Collection of Installed Applications
Where required for security, fraud prevention, credit-related services, or feature compatibility and only where permitted, LetzBill may collect limited metadata about installed applications such as application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name, and version code.
Collection of Images and Files
Images or files uploaded by users in LetzBill may be stored securely on our servers so they can be accessed from authorized devices and used for app features such as product images, invoices, documents, KYC records, or support requests.
Collection of Other Non-Personal Information
We may automatically track certain information based on user activity on our platform. This may include pages visited, app features used, browser information, IP address, URLs, device information, and usage patterns. Payments

Refund, Cancellation, and Renewal Policies
- Customers who submit a valid refund request through email or our website within 7 days from the date of purchase may be eligible for a refund, subject to review.

- Refund policies apply according to the purchased plan, subscription duration, and applicable terms communicated at the time of purchase.
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, setup fees, or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
